Caution: Rollover picture is unacceptably graphic.
Publication of this recent Sheryl Crow concert picture rang a bell.  Could this be the reason ex-fiancee Lance Armstrong dumped her?  I called Lance and asked.

“ Yeah, that had a lot to do with it.  Not that Sheryl is a tranny, that didn't bother me.  But her, uh, unit being so much bigger than mine did.  I hate coming in second."

That fits with my proposed re-make of "The Crying Game." The crying is due to the fact that the main character has bigger man-boobs than the tranny's and that the tranny's package is bigger.
