Stilen Lottery Ticket

Raggo Decides
Meet Judge Raggo.  Since I purchased Raggo in Nassau several years ago, he has never said anything I thought was foolish, which is more than I can say for any judge put on the bench by Carter or Clinton, or any state Judge who was elected as a democrat.  From now on Raggo will adjudicate on this site,   His first case is  "The Stolen Lottery Ticket."

They're too ugly for the first Raggo judgement and the second would be of no benefit to the victim. OTH, a public caning in the store parking lot would be better, I think, because that way, threatened with a weekly repeat caning, the perps could/would pay the victim her $500, and others would be discouraged.

This would be appropriate for today's RINO turncoats as well.

We should save beheading and hanging and stuff for NYT editors, Reid, Pelosi, CIA leakers, child molesters, murderers, etc.
Just my opinion, which isn't worth much nowadays.
