What the bloody hell is WRONG with that guy . . . trying to use common sense and logic and reason when a perfectly good full-grown, sky-is-falling, cut-off-your-nose-to-spite-your-face, run-off-in-all-directions-simultaneously, superstitious twaddlemyth is looming like a vast, shadowy, afternoon-talk-show dilemma in desperate need of solution by a panel of camera-seeking flibberdigibbets, tongue-cluckers, and hand-wringers!!!!

If you read THE ENTIRE QUOTE it sounds quite different. Read the paragraph this quote was taken from and the paragraph following and see if you have the same impression -

"As someone who lived under communism for most of his life, I feel obliged to say that I see the biggest threat to freedom, democracy, the market economy and prosperity now in ambitious environmentalism, not in communism. This ideology wants to replace the free and spontaneous evolution of mankind by a sort of central (now global) planning.

The environmentalists ask for immediate political action because they do not believe in the long-term positive impact of economic growth and ignore both the technological progress that future generations will undoubtedly enjoy, and the proven fact that the higher the wealth of society, the higher is the quality of the environment. They are Malthusian pessimists."

Sounds like a totally different speaker.

Seems more like something CNN would do, not Fox. Shame on them.

I don't see any conflict. "Malthusian pessimists" describe Liberals concisely, exactly, and perfectly. Liberals are who we're talking about.

Just looking at the portion of the quote in the picture you have from Fox made me think it was another Commie Corksoaker. I liked the article and agree with it. I guess I didn't make my point to well, eh? It ain't easy being me.
