Are you serious? The answer is never. If there can the hornet's nest there is now over the commutation of Libbey's sentence, just think what an indictment of Fitz would start.

Could we have an exploding head contest, on pay per view, between say, Schumer and Obermann?

Some people ask, "Why can't we jail crooks?" and I ask, "WTF not?"

As far as I'm concerned,Fitzgerald is in the same class as Nifong, and deserves the same end.

JMcD, Nifong did it to further his own career, Fitzgerald for polital reasons. Fitzgerald caused a crime to be committed by making people testify until they screw up. He warped our Justice system to suit his own political bias. I think Fitz is even worse and more dangerous.

He was carrying water for the dems. No need to say more. He won't be prosecuted. Sorry, thems the facts.

If you haven't been numbed by the hypocrisy by now, and I could list a 100 things off the top of my head, you must have skin like an alligator.

Sure, I'd love a return to some effimg common sense. Ain't gonna happen. Bush is petered out, it's all he can do to stay the course in Iraq. If he can hold the line there until Fred is elected, maybe a fresh batch of politicos will play face to face with these rotten bastards. It just ain't gonna happen with this group.

With the likes of Helen Thomas lecturing Bush, lecturing the President! Good lord. And she is taken seriously. She was so rude, unbelievable. I'm ranting now...

Sam Blumenfeld and The Dauphen are correct. Fitz needs to fry and I figure that is why Bush didn't pardon Scooter. His appeal can now proceede and when he is exhonorated the fun starts. Or everybody will tuck their tails between their legs and slink off, which is SOP for this crowd. I need another drink.

All the above comments are pretty much right on the mark. I do admire Bu8sh for holding the line on the war on terror. I would have replaced the commander before Patreus sooner but that is Bush being faithful.
