You know Geo. Bush and the U.S. Government used the Arecibo radio telescope in Puerto Rico to make Katrina hit NOLA. I'll bet it was all Karl Rove's idea too.

And while they are at it, I would consider it a personal favor if they would investigate the national (race), class, and gender oppression of the peoples of Galveston, Texas by the U.S. Government before, during, and after the 1900 hurricane. Thanks ever so much.

How will they get there?? Busses? Where will they get Busses?? Maybe some of the 1000+ Yellow busses that No Noggin Nagin ignored could be used.. Ooops.. Only one of them survived, driven by a kid who saved a busload of people and was later arrested.. (And by the way, a LOT smarter than Nagin and their loser of a governess. )
Oh, Maybe they could use Amtrak. Remember crybaby Nagin refused Amtraks offer to move 1000 plus people out of New orleans...
How Bout a couple of Deuce and a halfs, A helo and a boat. I seem to remember that some were used to help Congresscritter "Cold Cash" jefferson get to his home to empty his freezer of 90 grand of apparent bribe money.. Old Jeffy fiddled with his fridge while people were drowning...

Gotta run, I've got to do some more work on my plans for a modern metropolis.. Lets, see, I'll make it 6 feet below sea level, put it right in the path of potential cat 5 hurricaines and make sure all the money for repairs of the levees goes to political hacks or is otherwise squandered..
