Since Hillary's
response after being caught taking illegal campaign money from Norman Hsu so nearly parallels her
Peter Paul response, it's time to catch up on the latter case, since there's a smoking gun involved.
It's up to a California appeals court to decide whether she committed a
felony by soliciting more than $1.2 million from Paul.
What in the
hell is there to decide? It's a
federal felony to solicit more than $25,000. There is a
video
of the phone call where she does that. She's guilty, end of
story. I see every indication that the California court will
deny Paul's request, so what then? The obvious answer is the U.S.
Department of Justice. They should have had this case from the
get-go.
