I'd love to see Thompson become the only small-government candidate. If he can manage that he'd be the most successful Pack since Reagan. Then maybe these other jerks would get the point that they have been stubbornly missing - you know, the one they willfully forgot the moment Reagan left office.

I've thought about this "rework" all night, and I have decided it's one of my all time favorites. Like a day without being able to stop by C&S, there was absolutely no purpose to the cartoon as it stood and it left one with a feeling of emptiness and a sense of defeat. You knew an unfinished work when you saw it and you fixed it.

I Love the way your mind works and I'm so glad you're back.
