Hell, buy 'em in bulk and not only bring the price down to about 10 cents but you'd have lots of them to continue the cleansing of the gene pool.
I have always said the Russians had it right. Capital crime. Trial. ONE appeal, automatic. Second conviction, death called for. Within two weeks, taken to little room in center of prison, one round to the back of the head, bleed out into drain, dispose of body.
25 cents is what I pay per round of .45 ACP. I think it doesn't matter much what part of the brain you hit with a .45--instant collapse is guaranteed.

Makes perfect sense to me when you consider just how much money these people cost tax payers AFTER their convictions. Mostly pleaded down to lesser crimes, in the first place, they serve for what they actually deserve.
Bullet through the brain.
Clean and simple.
That is not lowering ourselves to their level. "They" are the true perpetrators of cruel and unusual.
