Or if you built it in situ, what did you tell your neighbors?
Having a thermonuclear device would be OK in Maryland as long as it isn't an assault thermonuclear weapon, but don't be overweight for heaven's sake. Better take back roads or some trooper will stop you for not having an oversize load permit.
