If we dam the Amazon, we stop 219,000 cubic meters per second from entering the ocean.

Dam the Congo? 41,800 cubic meters per second.

The Yangtze? 31,900 cm/s.

Until those with the largest rivers take responsibility, we'll all be forced to accept their water. And the ocean levels will slowly condemn us all to a cruel death.

If the South Americans won't take responsibility for their river, perhaps we'll have to do it for them.

We need to organize an action, people. We need to stem the tide of Sea Level Rise.

Just make 3.5, 5, or even 10 gallon flushes legal again. We'll store all the surplus water in porcelain fixtures in homes across America. Problem solved.

Seriously, why are the enviros worried about wasting water if they are serious about sea level rise?
