CNN Sitting in a tree

CNN Sitting in a Tree
Playing Stink Finger With Hillary

CNN - American Joke Media
Maria Luisa, the UNLV student who asked Hillary Clinton whether she preferred "diamonds or pearls" at last night's debate wrote on her MySpace page this morning that CNN forced her to ask the frilly question instead of a pre-approved query about the Yucca Mountain nuclear waste repository.

"Every single question asked during the debate by the audience had to be approved by CNN," Luisa writes. "I was asked to submit questions including "lighthearted/fun" questions. I submitted more than five questions on issues important to me. I did a policy memo on Yucca Mountain a year ago and was the finalist for the Truman Scholarship. For sure, I thought I would get to ask the Yucca question that was APPROVED by CNN days in advance." ["Diamonds v. Pearls" Student Blasts CNN"]

BEGETS

Sheesh. Some years ago, on a lazy Sunday afternoon, I was watching C-Span. Gus Hall, the late American Communist Party Boss was giving a speech to a bunch of empty chairs. That was followed by Dick Gerhardt speaking to some other group. It was quite uncanny (and why I remember it) that the two gentlemen made nearly identical points, using nearly identical language. Things have only gone downhill for Democrats since then. Socialists? Maybe, but a socialist is only a communist without a gun. [" Looks like a bunch of ducks to me" June 16, 2005]

It's bad form to link to yourself, but sometimes I have to, because I remember what I said where other's words have disappeared down the myriad hidey holes that now pepper my brain.   I don't know why reading yet another story of media/democrat party  manipulation triggered this memory.  Maybe because, in my lifetime at least, the practice of deflecting scrutiny by accusing your accusers of that which  you are guilty of, has been a hallmark of the communist party.

Since that Sunday - about 15 years ago, it's been manifestly apparent to me that American democrats are transmogrified into ratbastardcommies in thought, word, and deed. Whenever 'crats accuse a political foe of anything, you can take it to the bank that buried under some rock is evidence that will indict them of that very charge. My brain is puking over it.

BINGO Rodger!
Something along those lines has been nagging me for a couple years, but I couldn't quite grab ahold of it and put it into words.
You just did with this mini essay. Thank you.

Wolf Blitzer is a professional twerp and an irredeemable pansy-ass; he should be ground up and sauteed, mixed with leftover rice, and fed to meerkats.

I agree. What's worse, he's prolly the best of the bunch fielded by the Drive-by's.

Wolfie is an ignorant shill for the defeatocrats. I learned how trustworthy/learn-ed he was during GW1, when he claimed that an F-15 was taking off behind him as an F-16 was landing. He has maintained that standard of excellence since then.....
