Agreeable rape?

A fairly intelligent girl in my early-enrollment freshman comp class said in what was supposed to be a cause-effect essay that she felt at least half the women in America should be raped once or twice just so they'd know what it's like in case they had to sit on a jury in a rape case. I sent her to a counselor.

Ok girl, I'm gonna rape you. If you fight me, it'll be forcible rape and you will get bruised; if you don't resist and let me have my way with you, it'll just be rape and you won't be bruised, OK?

I think people with psychobabble degrees need to justify their jobs, so they spend their days making stuff up. That's how we got "hate" crimes. (spit)
Jeffrey Dahmer's victims were not members of protected groups and a hate crime was not charged, so I guess we can say he murdered them in a friendly, loving way.

Well, dangit. Mr. Whipple has died so I think we should all meet at the supermarket and have a group, forcible, Charmin squeeze.

As opposed to sex with the underaged, or sex with the inebriated.

The two examples above are also rape, ( sex without consent ) but do not always involve physical coercion.
