Thank you Jodi

Plantar RX update

Several years ago a chiropractor friend told me he'd discovered DMSO, and was cleaning up with it in his Florida practice.  I think it was then primarily used by equine veterinarians, and there was a lot of buzz about it, pro and con.  I bought a bottle specifically for MoSup's Rheumatoid arthritis which was killing her feet.  After a few applications she was very much better.  Over time I've used it on different bone and muscle hurts with excellent success, so when this Plantar deal came up, I ordered some more.  Monday night I rubbed the cream in from knee to toes on both legs.  Monday morning I awoke with ZERO pain.  I said ZERO.   By noon there was a return of the heel pain, but nothing like it had been.  Tuesday night, same thing, but Wednesday morning the full heel pain was back, but pretty much subsided after I walked a bit.

Yesterday the Science foot inserts that Jodi recommended arrived.   My first thought after looking at all the buttons. flaps and mounds was this was going to be as mysterious to figure out as a woman's plumbing.  Undaunted however, I read the instructions, and upon waking this morning at 6 AM  I installed the half soles in my hiking boots and put them on.  I felt an immediate ... feeling.  The claim is that your feet govern lots of other things like spinal alignment, etc., and I believe that.  So, here it is 11:18 AM and I can  report that ...
  1. I have no heel pain whatever.  None.
  2. I can feel stuff happening in my calves and hips.
  3. My testicles finally  dropped.
So far so good.  I tell you this for what it's worth.  Your mileage may differ.

"There is absolutely nothing that heals plantar fasciitis."

I had rather severe fasciitis in both feet. My podiatrist made (had made) a pair of orthotics (Similar in function to the insoles that you ordered but were solid, non-adjustable plastic - $300 thanks insurance!) that I wore for almost a year. I had no pain wearing them, but the pain would return if I went without them. So, I wore them with any and everything, from the time I got out of bed to the time I slipped back in. No bear-footing! Finally, after the year (or there abouts) I started going without them. I have been pain free for about 5 years now and consider myself cured. I'll bet it will work for you too. I do have some toe pain. Perhaps I should try the DMSO?

Only wanna know one thing...How FAR did the testicles drop?

Hopefully he doesn't accidently walk on them. Then his PF would become a lesser problem.

Orthotics. The answer. The podriatist holds your feet with the sub-talar joint in the neutral position while the plaster mold hardens. Once fitted with orthotics, your ankles will align with your knees and your kneew with your hips, etc. In other words, you will be walking through bone and not muscles and tendons holding cockeyed limbs together.

I can't live without 'em.

Jim, it's been just about 14 hours on these things and I have sore inner knees. My wife noticed that my feet, which normally hit pavement like this - V- are now straightened like this - II.

*clap*clap*clap. I'm thrilled to hear the good news. I know I'm going to sound like their commercial but the longer you wear them the stronger your feet will become. I don't think I have ever been this impressed by an item...my acura TL came close.

I had the same reaction when I opened the same box yesterday. I haven't tried them out yet, but can't wait.

My better half is a trained therapist in Reflexology... manipulates the pressure points in the feet. Haven't been to the chiropractor since she first treated me!

Kinda like biblical feet washing, only better.
