What Gummint Does

Guardrails II

Workers finish a long day spent building this steel-in-concrete parking barrier, and are anxious for a nice cold beer at their favorite haunt. Vroom-Vroom.

Oops!

Wonder if they got fired for that?

Looks like they have the best parking spot in front of the pub sewed up!

I hate when that happens.

I don't see a problem. They can use their ladder to climb over the posts.

Got hot earlier so Bob told Phil to open a couple of doze windows.

I am sure those guys work for me.
Yep, that is the kind of people I tend to hire.

I'll bet at least one of those posts is removable, with a lock at its base. That's the way they do it California.

I'll bet they had a few pints at the pub before they resumed work.

damn, can't even blame it on them being messicans, either, as there's only one ladder tied tot he top of the truck.

Hope you and Mother Superior have a Happy New Year. Keep the faith.

gregor, can't blame them messicans as only one ladder? In Cali, the observation is ladder is "still" attached to the roof.
In the Sacramento area, road conditions daily info includes "the obligatory ladder in the highway report." Now that's some messicans. ;-)
