Black Bill

"Boy, I can't understand why anyone would think the Clintons are running a
race-baiting campaign to paint Obama as 'the black candidate'."
- Jake Tapper

"They are getting votes, to be sure, because of their race or gender. That's why people tell me Hillary doesn't have a chance of winning here," the former president said at one stop as he campaigned for his wife, strongly suggesting that blacks would not support a white alternative to Obama.

Clinton campaign strategists denied any intentional effort to stir the racial debate. But they said they believe the fallout has had the effect of branding Obama as "the black candidate," a tag that could hurt him outside the South.  [Obama Routs Clinton in South Carolina]

Ted Kennedy to Endorse Obama...

Chickens coming home to roost. This was inevitable. Who knew that it would take fifty years for their strategy of racial devisiveness to implode? What sweet irony that some fellow named Obama would ultimately drive blacks off the liberal plantation.

Uh, I think they're quite ensconced on that liberal plantation with any of the 'crats running.

Patience, men, patience. Let's wait and see if this Ted Kennedy endorsement is for real, or yet another evil Clintonian plot. Remember New Hampshire and the premature reports of her demise.

If The Fat Kennedy does come through for Obama, I'll begin believing that Hillary may not win the nomination.

She can't cry again, and a vote for her over St. Barack is rapidly becoming another "hold your nose" vote thanks to Bubba, and that's no way to win elections. DD
