Bush Legacy?

Turkeys

Last night I found back-too back a chart, from whence "Turkey's View of the US," and then (the rollover) "Feminism in Turkey." I was quite tickled.  If you click the pic, you get the entire chart, "The Legacy of George Bush's Presidency: The country he inherited; The Country He leaves Behind."

I'm not up to the task just now, but we do have several very astute economic analysts in the audience, so perhaps some would care to look at individual line items, and test their veracity.  At the same time you can verify "Rodger's Razor"

If we end up with a scholarly work, it will be a useful tool. and widely published.  If not, that's okay too.

I saw that chart just last week, and have been marvelling at it ever since. I never knew he was so powerful.

Just look! He controls, among other things, the cost of college, consumer credit card debt, and the trade deficit! Who knew?

Maybe I should've known, what with him always saying, "College should raise tuition!", "Max out your credit cards!" and "Buy more foreign goods!"

At least that's what I thought he said, but my hearing isn't what it used to be.

Still, it's clear from the chart that the person they always call "stupid" is actually an amazingly clever man with power far beyond our imagining.

the chart is completly bogus, one look at the jobs figure is enough to tell you that. The US economy was adding that many jobs a month for most of 06 and 07
