I recall seeing something very similar to that in my grandparents house. Even our house had at least one religious icon in most rooms.
I know the intent but the location and position of the switch and the girls hand seems almost obscene.
Yes, we were. Except DonM.
My priest has these all over his house.
He said there was nothing wrong with them at all (and something else about not looking in his closet, but I wasn't paying attention....)
Yes, Sister Margaret Rose told me that I was a gentleman and a scholar when I was in sixth grade at St. Dominic's School for Boys.
As I read the post and looked at the pic, I am looking at a similar, but not identical switch plate across the room. It features an angel above the switch, and two children to the lower left of the switch.
The answer to the question: "Were" is not the issue; the issue is that you must believe that such innocence "is" possible.....
"Why does it say "On" and "Off" on a light switch? If it's on you can see it's on and if it's off, you can't see to read." - Gallagher
He also said, "A President Hillary would confuse state dinners too. After a meal, couples like to walk and talk. Usually the men talk and the women talk. But Hillary would need to talk to the man with power. That leaves Bill to talk to the wife and that's not smart for anybody."
