Sic Transit Panini
You'll always be a grilled cheese in my heart.

It is with great sadness that I announce the passing of an old friend.  That's right, My Cuisinart George Foreman Panini Griddler.  After several operations to keep it alive, and the last six months spent resting in a deep coma, I threw it in Tuesday's trash collection.  Snif.

Better to burn out with a buttery crust, cook fast, grill hard, and die young. Adios Herr Griddler.

Alright, it's been a while since I hit the tip jar. What's the shipping address again?

Could this be the first mention?

"As to why it didn't work, my only guess is that it was Christmas Eve and I ... uh, had consumed enough toddy that thought I was the King of France. Maybe it don't understand French?
