I was thinking of a David Bowie song:
For here
Am I sitting in a tin can
Far above the world
Planet Earth is blue
And I think my balls are too....

Timonium Drive-in, yup.
Winter, steamed windows, summer, soft breezes and pole vaulting back to the popcorn stand.
The song, nope.

"It was Darlene, I tell you! It was ALWAYS Darlene..."
Close...XIT drive-in, Annette and Frankie on the screen, best hamburgers ever...I can remember almost all of the words, too. (And yes, it was Sweetie. Steadies since '63)

Ah, drive in theatres and in our neck of the woods that sad old seasonal biggie, "Closed For The Season".....A real heartbreaker, that one.
Are we talking the Lutherville "Peacock?" I've searched for a picture of that place for years, to no avail.
Remember Sidney Lust's in Beltsville/College Park ? Ah, the good old days : ) smibcupl
Caption: "Clementine Baby,I kiss the very ground you walk on and if we don't take action pretty soon, my jewels are gonna fall off, from this worst case of the blueballs I ever suffered."
Good Lord, the Timonium Drive-in. I haven't thought of that one in years, even though we hit the home and garden show in Timonium every spring. I'll have to try and remember where it was next time we go.
Other than that, the photo kind of reminds me of myself...
