| “ | A few weeks ago I told you
about my Vitamin D situation - a blood test showed I was 80% under
par. I still haven't filled the prescription (keep
forgetting), but I had already purchased a bottle of 2000 IU tabs of D,
and MoSup and I have been taking one daily for about three weeks
now. When I picked her up at the airport after her Florida trip,
I mentioned that I'd undergone some rather remarkable changes in
both mood, and joints
She quickly added that, yes, she too had noticed improvement in
her joint pain (rheumatoid arthritis).
Remember, I only began taking the D after my physician made an
offhanded request to do a blood test, because of reports about a
national D problem. I
expected nothing noticeable, but something akin to taking a daily
vitamin pill. Since the only change in my routine was taking that
D, same with MoSup, we can only conclude that, holy crap, it was the
Vitamin D.
Disclaimer: I have in the past pointed to Wonder Labs
as my source for this sort of thing, and just this weekend took steps
to become a "Wonder Lab" associate, which means I get a small
commission if you use the link (above). I use them for many
reasons, like the fact that all their fish oils are molecularly
distilled (pharmaceutical grade), and priced well below what we had
been paying. No matter who you use, it's important that in taking
Vitamin D you are also receiving necessary Calcium and Magnesium.
Pills are a lousy source, because it's like eating cement - they are
not absorbed easily. We use Cal-Fiz, and buy it here. Since liquid cal/magnesium is what it takes, I'll be trying Wonder Labs LIQUID CAL-MAG+ .
BTW, if you hit the link, you'll notice they are selling "REAL"
cinnamon for just $9.99 lb. Cinnamon has changed both our lives,
as previously documented.
