The swallows and are a group of passerine birds, characterised by their adaptation to feeding "on the fly"......Hmmm.. I'da picked a different team name if I's them.

Given the context of the picture, I read that second word as a verb....advertising ?? Would determine just what "feeding on the fly" really meant ;-)

Swallows the verb, probably intended.
The initial S shaded out, thus changing the word? That's how I parse it.
