California appeals court defacto ruling ends home schooling

"In California, first came the Communists, And I didn’t speak up because I wasn’t politically engaged;
And then came the teacher unionists, And I didn’t speak up because my kids were out of school;
And then those unionists came for the Home Schoolers, And I didn’t speak up because, what the hell, I live in Maryland.
And then . . . Maryland followed suit . . . And by that time it was too late to throw that many sumbitches down a well."

I don't live in California, but I'm putting on my Pastor Niemöller hat. You too.

BUT WAIT, THERE'S MORE! Call in now and get a FREE copy of California Senator Lowenthal's proposed amendment to the Educational Code that will explicitly allow the promotion of Communism in schools and also allow groups who want to violently overthrow the US government to meet on public school property.

Since Mr. Juice and I are about to sip wine on the patio, I'll bet the bottom line is this, Rodge: $$$$$
The public school system is paid per student (don't have $$$ at finger tip) in attendance per day.
It's why they are now prosecuting parents of truant students.

AND....Just like the previous story where a liberal b**ch injected personal politics against the right to bear arms, the NTA & CTA cannot stand the home school students test scores and "intelligence/knowledge" levels so severely out doing public indoctrination.
Add to that, many CHRISTIANS home school; and as we are becoming aware, THAT is a crime against "the STATE." MFCSLs all of 'em

BTW, (considering the email I sent) could you add a sailor hat, bottle of Rum , and a "makin' it happ'n Capt'n" portrayal? That would be nice, although I'm not a big fan of Rum fan. Tanx :))

Now ya got my attention. A sailor hat and rum? I wore one for 20 years and started liking rum when I found out it cost only pennies a gallon with your own jug. Of course, that was in Antigua in the '70s.

If you teach your children the three R's without a certain piece of paper you are a bigger risk to the community than an illegal alien member of MS-13?

Thank you, teachers unions.

Our children's lack of a historical perspective other than that of Howard Zinn is a fundamental problem in our country. When you taught that Washington kept slaves and there fore was a rotten bastard it's only logical to equate Bush and Hitler.

I took an 8th grade test from 1900 recently and missed many questions. 8th grade!

Where competition is recognized as good thing, it brings the best out in a person, product, service, whatever;for some GD reason competition in education is bad.

The teacher's unions realize how important it is to get that virgin mind and be able to fill it with whatever they want. Above all, don't question us, we know what's best. Reenforced with the cultural garbage spewed out 24/7 it's a wonder this country isn't already lost.
