I WANT TO SUE AL GORE FOR DAMAGES.

As a citizen of the United States, I have been damaged by fraudulent man-caused climate change claims, that activists {hereafter called Goreons, and Al Gore specifically)  have foisted on us, in the following ways. “ 1. Increased fuel prices resulting from the forced replacement of underground gasoline storage tanks was not necessary and wasted a billion dollars in California alone. According to &“Recommendations To Improve the Cleanup Procedures for California’s Leaking Underground Fuel Tanks”, Report # UCRL- AR-121762, October 1995, Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, fewer than 20 water wells throughout the state showed any measurable contamination, and only 7 were at dangerous levels, and could have been fixed by just digging the wells deeper. 2. The banning of  R-12, commonly known as Freon, caused me expenses estimated at $1200 in replacement and compliance costs.  In addition,  a report in The Lancet (August 23rd issue—1997;350:556-559) reports that because of the banning of Freon (an inert, non-reactive refrigerant), its replacement chemicals are being used in far greater amounts, even though they are known to be toxic.  I have lost countless hors of sleep worrying about my health as a result. 3.  Goreon claims that the scientific debate on global warming is over, during a time when more that 15,000 scientists denounced his views, is the probable cause for my increased blood pressure and the cost of medication estimated at $20,000. 4.  I have way more, but you see the promise ... ”   I need a lawyer who will take this case on contingency.  I estimate a personal damage award of $50,000, and punitive damages in excess of one trillion dollars.  You get 40% of that.  Call me.  I'm serious.
