If you check things out, the great lakes were covered by the Laurentide ice sheet http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Laurentide_ice_sheet until only 7000 years ago. IOW, the Great Lakes as we know them didn't even exist until about 3000 BC. Around Doylestown and Quakertown PA the southern edge of the ice sheet of the Wisconsian Ice age was 2 miles thick. All of this has been melting back to the far reaches of canada for over 90,000 years.

Human civilization as we know is has only been around for 30k years. How did prehistoric man go back in time to cause globalls warming??

I hope the guy suing owlgore for fraud wins big time.
