Are you trying to confuse me? Is he at the back or the front?

Better be at the back.
Okay, he must be at the back, because that would put him on the left-hand side of the aisle. - 3/18/08, 12:19 PM

Back or front doesn't matter. He doesn't know if he's coming or going anyway.

Didn't we see this pose before, with one of the Kennedy's, or sumpthin'? Only thing different is the Kennedy had a yellow note pad, and Barry HUSEIN Oblamo has a cell phone.

Sheesh, even Southwest did away with those rows of silly facing-each-other seats. Is that the best Gulfstream he can find?

Someone, please es'plain to me why has no one questioned the Rev. Wright's religious tax exclusion when he is politicking from the pulpit? I remember quite clearly, when it came to Rev. Jerry Falwell's, Silent Majority, a rather loud ruckus regarding the separation of church and state and Christian churches being threatened with the loss of tax exemption if their pastors politicked from the pulpit. Hmmm? How come no mention now.
You know Rodger, the subtleness of your sign on the door actually speaks volumes. It is no longer in the back, it's quite the opposite. It's up front and in your face special treatment. - 3/18/08, 2:30 PM

Juice,
Loathe that I am to mimic Oliver Willis and scream RACISM at every opportunity, but it is my understanding that many black church leaders have been openly advocating for and promoting political beliefs for many years, and always in the open. Not so with white-led congregations, because they are held to the no-political-recommendations-or-else-lose -your-tax-breaks standard.
The separation of church and state only applies to conservatives. Just as it is impossible for a liberal to ever be racist/homophobic/sexist etc. regardless of what they say or do. - 3/18/08, 2:41 PM

You mean a double standard? To paraphrase Captian Renault in Casablanca, "I'm shocked, shocked"

Yep, Ken and Tim. Guess it's a moot point. Perhaps that's why I haven't heard (even) Rush mention it from a tax point of view.
