What brought it on? THIS SONG

Roger, this is very inspirational but it saddens me because it illustrates so vividly just how far our "allies" across the Atlantic have fallen.

Another example of how your thinking makes C&S so, unique. Clawfinger? Zulu!
You made your kick-ass point with this clip. Think American voters can even vote against the beat?

Saw Zulu at theater release as a kid. It left a huge weight in my chest when following the Brit's bravery the (plateau) horizon became endless with Zulu warriors.

Terrific post, Rodger. Never thought I would find any Hip Hop I'd like. Zulu is one of my all time favorite movies.

Men of Harlech
Zulu movie version
Verse 1

Men of Harlech stop your dreaming
Can't you see their spear points gleaming
See their warrior pennants streaming
To this battlefield
Men of Harlech stand ye steady
It cannot be ever said ye
For the battle were not ready
Stand and never yield
From the hills rebounding
Let this song be sounding
Summon all at Cambria's call
The mighty force surrounding
Men of Harlech on to glory
This will ever be your story
Keep these burning words before ye
Welshmen will not yield

I love this movie, it was the first DVD I ever purchased. Dragged my two oldest boys in to watch this clip. We always love the courage displayed.
