It looks like our 20 year old Beretta M-9s aren't holding up as well as the 40+ year old 1911 A1s that I carried in the Army.
The one guy wearing his nomex gloves has his finger off the trigger the rest have their M-9s on safe not good.
I wonder what the context of the picture is?
