which were "badly infected with bacteria".
Because of the family’s extreme poverty, Rao could not afford to pay to finish the operation.
And could not continue to receive treatment after the stitches were removed.
This led to the wound being infected leaving him with a gaping 7in by 3in hole in his chest.
