One frame in your Lonesome Dove parable showed a gallows with two nooses, one presumably for Traitor Carter. Cape Cod Orca Kennedy belongs on the other. Among his many offenses, he is one of the biggest (in a couple of ways) proponents of "laws are for you, but are only suggestions for me" governing.
