We followed the link you provided earlier for the knife gift you received and watched that video. It was nice to see we are using our knives properly. But, hey, who doesn't like to watch and listen to Alton Brown. :)

I believe Rodge was a cook in Henry the VIII's court, took his show on the road across the Channel and was anointed King of France once those silly Frogs got a taste of his cooking. -

I love Alton and those are some awesomely good looking knives. Too bad you weren't in the military at the time, Rodge. Then you could have put yourself in for a Purple Heart.
