"It's a Guy Thing" - Dr. Hardcrab
Rollover

Unlike a lot of the custom grills I show from time to time, this strikes me as entirely doable for the average guy.  I think a Ford flathead V8 would work perfectly.

If the Belgians buy Budweiser, there will be no Bud served for BBQ dinner.

Do you drink BUD because it's owned by an American company? I understand your gut reaction, but we went through a round of this in the early 90's when Japan was buying up everything, at hugely inflated prices.

At any rate, a President Obama, and democrats like Maxine Waters have already publicly sided with Hugo Chavez's penchant for seizing whatever he wants. So, we'll just take it back when it suits us. It's America II, after all.

This Bud's for Bruges?

I don't drink Bud because it tastes like ass. I don't care who owns it although I can't see the Belgians doing it any good. In the long Euro-weenie tradition of wussifing everything they touch, Belgians like to put fruit juice in their beer.

So there is a possibility Budweiser beer may disappear from the face of the planet?

That's good news.

Bud tastes like wet cardboard.

Grinfilled, according to the late Michael Jackson the Belgians can only do GOOD to it. Their whole country is a beer Disney World. Yes, some beers do have fruit in them (Lambic) but your precious Miller Lite has lime and salt in it (Miller Chill). For me if you don't like the taste of Belgian beers you just don't like beer. And yes, I do drink American. One of my favorite 'Lawn Mower' beers is Nattie Bo (National Bohemian for those outside the Mid-Atlantic region).

Saw a list of 1498 Belgian biers....Geez. What does that work out to, per capita?

The Belgians can't hurt Buttwiper.
The Checs have a Budwieser Beer BUT it is a seperate branch of the family because it tastes great, like a good German beer.

The Czechs have damn good beer! It's been a few years, but I remember buying some of their best in long neck bottles in a local pub for 25 cents when American premium beers were ~$1.00.

Budveis is the German name for Ceske Budejovice, about 50 miles south of Prague, and the local Budveiser is very good. American Bud is cat piss and a headache in a can.

You can't seriously call Bud BEER!!
Half strength and double the price.

Drinking Bud is like making love in a canoe, they are both f&*%ing near water.

Most Belgian beers are Lagers (an entirely different brewing process from BEER) or fruit juices. They do have the odd ALT BEER. Any country that allows chocolate to flavor a beer should be kicked from the planet.
