Sometimes Shocking?

Aren't they just so squeaky clean cute looking? This is being viraled as a multi-shocker throw, although those fingers are a little far apart.   The equivalent to the "Shocker" in our time (for many of us)  was ... was ... .  There wasn't an equivalent.  Nothing.  What's really shocking is this wikipedia snippet. “ Because of its explicit sexual connotation, the shocker is sometimes considered vulgar. ” Sometimes?
