What a Loo-Loo

Going Going Gone!

Just got back from my baby's wedding.  It was a great time; she married a great guy; but we're whacked.  All but a couple of posts since Saturday were plugged into auto-publish.  What did I miss?

She is absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!!
So, proud father of the bride, has she MoSup's eyes? And is the final child to wed off? :)

Day-um. She must take after MoSup. Because of her honored status as Princess of the Real King of France, I will speak only respectfully*.

Best wishes from Annoyed White Male!

*My my thoughts are my own.

Congratulations to the happy parents and the bride and groom!
Our oldest daughter sort of eloped, which was a little sketchy with Mom, but they're happy and that's all that counts. Our youngest is engaged, we're flying out to Vegas with his parents and a few close friends next summer to do the Elvis Chapel thing, party our asses off, then have a reception/party in September.
I'm putting a Paypal button on my blog for donations!

Congratulations Rodger! Have they signed up for the barn army? We can always use some youth and beauty. Your daughter qualifies big time!

Wow, the "Real Princess of France" is a 10! Well done Rodger.

I'm afraid they're both on the dark side politically, so no Barn Army. I did give them a safe conduct pass however.

I hope the honeymoon isn't in San Fransisco. I don't think the bombers will accept the abort code now... Oops, did I say that out loud? ;-)

Hey mate, congrats to everyone involved (including the father for surviving everything).

Best wishes to your "baby" and her better half.

Thank y'all. Now we can rent out her room. :)

Congrats. Seeing your baby married is a cocktail of emotions.

Congratulations Rodger, she's a beautiful woman, and now mostly some other guy's problem.

" I'm afraid they're both on the dark side politically" WTF is with that? I've seen a lot of it lately, and I draw the divide at the Carter years. Those who haven't lived them, or learned them, are doomed to repeat them.

All my best Rodger. Congrats. Oh, and DON´T rent out her room. Think. That new 56 inch wide screen with surround sound and wet bar has to go SOMEWHERE!

Ain´t you larned nuthin´?

Congrats Rodger. My baby is still a senior in high school so that day is still in my future. I wondered about your photo for a minute and then I realized those are curling irons. You had me worried.

Aaaargh one day I'll have to give away MY daughter.

Of course, she's locked inside the house right now, and will remain that way until she's about 25.

Kim du Toit said...

Oh, and your daughter is quite lovely.

Looks a lot more like the Culligan Man, though...

Rodge, she's just beautiful! Congratulations!

Miss anything? No, you were right where the action was. You and the Mrs are blessed.

You will miss her for a very long time. Mine got married and moved out half dozen years ago. I am very proud that she and her husband are designing and building way cool stuff to blow up rat bastard commies and islamfacist terrorists. Bless their hearts, they never did go to the dark side.
In regards to what you missed, woot (linked right here) had a 65" tv for $2300.00 (+ $5.00 shipping) that would have gone well in that newly available room.
Of coarse you would have to figure out where to put the new grand kids.

Hey Kim, if your kids are like mine, get ready for the admissions at future family gatherings about how they sneaked out of the house as soon as dad fell asleep watching television. For starters.

That groom is one super-lucky guy. Maybe I should have him buy my lottery tickets from now on.

Roger,

Beautiful youngun.

Remember the verse, "Train up a child in the way she should go, and when she is old, she will not depart from it."

What is unwritten is what the little rascals do in the meantime. She still has plenty of time to come around.

You must be very proud! Her face is beaming in that photograph.

Quite simply, beautiful. There are not words in the dictionary to describe what you and Mother Superior must be feeling! Congratulations.
