The coming rout

Today's Internet Sex
OMFG! YES YES YES
Washington, Sept.18:

The research to be presented at the annual meeting of the Institute for Operations Research and the Management Sciences on between October 13 and 15, less than three weeks before the election, says that as of September 16, the margin in electoral votes could be as high as 282.8 votes for Senator John McCain against 255.2 for Senator Barack Obama, depending on the forecasting scenario.

Operations researcher Sheldon H. Jacobson, a professor at the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign, along with a group of students and collaborators at Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville, created http://election08.cs.uiuc.edu/, a math model that dynamically forecasts the outcome of the election.

Over 4,000 analysts and experts in analytics are expected to attend next month's meetings. Jacobson's model applies a mathematical model to state polling data, using a dynamic programming algorithm to forecast electoral results.

Best rumors I’ve heard this week:

Something, such as a citizenship issue or irrefutable proof of his signing a false official document, will force Nobama to withdraw (or be withdrawn) from candidacy for the presidency. Such a bombshell would, of course, plunge the Dims’ plans into the 10th circle of Hell, leaving Joe Biden as the standard bearer, a man for whom nobody actually voted onto the ticket. Enter Slick and Shrill.

Claiming serious health concerns, sometime around the first week of October Joe Biden will announce his withdrawal from the ticket. This will come immediately after a devastating kamikaze attack on either McLame or Palin or both. Enter the Hildebeast.

Another one I heard some old guys (even older’n me) talkin about in the parking lot at the Elks Club was that any day now Billary will unveil the skeletons in Obambi’s closet that they’ve been holding in reserve and blow him out of the water like a Hassidic Jew at a Hizb’allah call to prayer. Why haven’t they used it before now? Because Hillary’s popularity achieved such a high that it’d take months for it to dissipate, and Slick was more of a liability than an asset on the campaign trail. Suddenly the halfrican is out and Shrill is back in . . . and no law exists preventing an ex-president from serving as vice-president.

Hey, 5 old potbellied dudes drinkin beer and puttin ice in the catch bins and coolers on a big-ass fishin boat. Whaddya expect!

Democrats are SUCH fun in a general election year, n’est ce-pas?

Don't forget that the only poll that matters is the one on the first Tuesday of November. I don't think Ovomit is finished quite yet.

Not at all finished. But you do realize how utterly depressing this news is to Obama voters? If they think he's going to lose on election day, they won't vote. Hell, Cindy Sheehan could wind up in Congress if that happens.

The Twelfth Amendment to the United States Constitution states that "no person constitutionally ineligible to the office of President shall be eligible to that of Vice-President of the United States."

Expect a lawsuit.

There already is one.
