Obsessioned

Gone Wobbly

Howard Gordon, the executive producer of the hit show 24, has retracted his endorsement of the Obsession DVD. His statement was released through CAIR, the Council of American Islamic relations. CAIR is an unindicted co-conspirator in the Holy Land Foundation trail.

Listen to this horse crap ....

"After being contacted by a number of people whose opinions I respect and after reviewing Obsession with their criticisms and concerns in mind, I have asked the film makers to remove my endorsement from the Obsession website and from any future promotional materials. While I remain committed to the film's essential message -- that the hate-mongering promoted by radical Islamism presents a real threat to western values of tolerance and pluralism -- I also appreciate that the goal of co-existence and tolerance is not being served by films like Obsession."

That's like being aware of everything there is to know about Brock Obama, then saying, "Yes, I agree he's an empty suit,  a scripted liar, and has horrible associations he cannot explain away, but I want change."

Sigh...why do I get this feeling that next season is going to disappoint. (Report on Arrakis)

24 jumped the shark a long time ago. The only reason I have to watch it any more is because I have a crush on Mary Lynn Rajskub.

p.s. visit my blog.
