Ohio Fraud

Today's This Hour's Democrat Fraud
Vote Mining

A judge denied the Ohio GOP's plea to separate votes cast before the election by same day applicant/voters.  So they can be more easily verified.  Court says not necessary.  So, everybody in Ohio can vote, and Democrats are making sure they do.

Here's an update:
They are bussing in loads of homeless people and they can register and vote on the spot, one guy even admitted he was from Chicago, they don't even have to prove who they are. They were interviewing people who were witnessing this in ohio (Freeper)

Is there an 1861 in our near future?

I hope so paul c. I am sick and fu**ing tired of this bulls***. Unlike Rog, I have no family nor dependents other then my pets and they are taken care for in the event of my demise.

Rush nailed it 100% on the head the other day when he said you can lay most of our country's problems at the the feet of those who will continue to use slavery to justify all of this garbage. All of the PC, the minority set asides, the rampaging trial lawyers, the destruction of our public schools, white guilt and the free pass that outrageous acts get in the media-has anyone been following the mayor of Detroit??????, the LA Congressman and the post Katrina freezer of cash, Alcee Hastings and his moose comment to Jews-I mean these are off the top of my head and I can think of a dozen more
without google.

The crap that blacks and hispanics get away with playing on liberal guilt is astonishing. Behavior that defies belief. Did anyone see that Oprah's mother said she didn't have to pay a $150,000 credit card debt because she shouldn't have been given credit in the first place?!?! This mentality, that is the "you owe me" victimhood, the man is keeping us down, is so GD tiresome, I swear my head is going to explode.

I have been forced to move, from Denver, because the illegals and their crimes are ho-hummed-I had constant break-ins, even a gunfire exchange on my roof one time and I'm the one getting the lecture from the much later arriving police. Actions that even my parent's generation would be looking at with their mouths open, are now not only condoned, they are encouraged. A GD former vice president last week called for civil disobedience to stop the building of power plants and NOTHING!!! Did you see Katie or Brian or even Rush blowing a gasket?

I am so ready for... well, I am not leaving that on my hard drive, but something has to give-and it ain't gonna be me

the rampaging trial lawyers

Trial lawyers have nothing to do w/ this.

But those lawyers in the House and the Senate or on their staffs who have never tried a case or represented individual people as clients? Those who used law school as a stepping stone to elected office? Those are the ones . . . .

????

.... w/this. With what exactly? Because trial lawyers have added monumental lawyers of regulations, added ungodly costs to products and services, are in the employ of the left practicing greenmail, ensuring voter fraud and uncountable other cuts that are bleeding us to death.

Just because a lawyer might not actually have gone to trial doesn't excuse him. So many cases brought to court today are brinksmanship. And certainly there are legitimate reasons to seek redress but a loser pays would be an excellent first step to cut out some of the abuse.

The more scandalous trial lawyers seek monstrous class action settlements and the less scandalous ones play the victim card for huge payouts-in my book, it's rampaging.

In yours, what?

Trial lawyers don't add regulations. The adding of burdensome regulations is the function of elected officials in the legislature or appointed officials in regulatory agencies.

Trial lawyers go to court where there are jury trials. The only regulators there are the judge and the twelve people in the jury box.

Show me one "ungodly cost" added to products by trial lawyers. Just one.

Seat belts that don't pop open on impact. Fire-resistant coatings for children’s' pajamas. Smoke alarms. Go ahead. Show me one that's an "ungodly cost".

I'm all for loser pays. Allstate doesn't want to pay when their insured runs a red light and injures my client? If my client wins then Allstate pays my attorney's fee and costs. Go ahead. Throw me in that briar patch.

You know why you don't have contaminants like hexavalent chromium in your municipal drinking water? Because years ago some American trial lawyer, judge and jury hammered a company in a class action for several hundred million dollars for dumping hazardous waste, poisoning a water supply, and injuring the inhabitants of an entire town.

Go ahead. Find me just one "ungodly cost".

I really find myself wondering what is gonna happen. If we end up with CW2, which country will be the ally of the Peolosi/Reid/Rockefeller/Obama side?

I don't think ANY country would ally itself with the side I am on; the side not of McCain, but of the founders and of such things as the Constitution.

And will our more local forces like the police and the NG do the right thing, or will they be good Germans and follow orders? With the escalating use of SWAT teams in every city and town in the nation, I already know where Officer Friendly stands. What will our weekend warriors do?

Crap, Rodge! I was going through genealogy last night and looking at relatives back through the Revolutionary War and to the French and Indian. My people have been here since 1607 and I'm mad as hell that some people wish to do an end run around all that our forefathers have made hallowed through their sacrifices. When it becomes self-evident that a government derives its power from a non-legitimate source, I owe no more allegiance to same government. -Vice Sgt Boone, more locked and loaded than ever.

And then there's Cynthia McKinney, the poster child for deranged stupidity: "Cynthia McKinney, erstwhile Democrat and current Green Party presidential candidate, blows the whistle. The Bush Administration used Katrina as cover to execute 5000 Black men, each with a single bullet to the back of the head. That's what she's telling folks on the campaign trail."

And she's allowed out in public without a keeper?

Bear in mind - both Obama and Biden ARE lawyers. Neither McCain nor Palin is a lawyer. Reason enough to vote for McCain/Palin in my view.

Neither Biden nor Obama are trial lawyers. Neither one of them has ever represented an individual person in court.

Lobbyists, unions, special interest groups, etc. Yes.

But sully their hands by representing one of the unwashed masses -- an actual human being? No. That was and is beneath them.

Neither one of them could defend a speeding ticket or try a car wreck case if their lives depended on it.

Name one Chuck? You have got to be kidding.

Let's start with the whopper of all time. Tobacco. Despite warnings on cigaret packs since the 60s and God only knows how long before that, my parent's knew cigarets were bad for you, despite 50 years of warnings-post The Surgeon General's Report, trial lawyers still bring lawsuits against tobacco companies. And win some! Are you seriously trying to tell me billions in settlements mysteriously appeared out of thin air? Those billions cost the shareholders of the tobacco companies. You may not care for tobacco, but it's a legal product and now the government(lawyers) have put regulation of tobacco under the FDA. More lawsuits, more settlements. I wish the damn cigaret manufacturers would just thumb their nose and quit making the damn things.

And look at the mayhem trial lawyers have laid down on our health care. Are you nuts? Name me one cost added on??? Asbestos, silicon breast implants, Vioxx. How much is too much for these settlements, most of which go to the lawyers.

Some states can't keep doctors because the medical insurance is sky high, especially for higher risk disiplines. And why? Ridiculously high awards. And what does this do to the behavior of doctors? They start to practice defensive medicine. They order hughly expensive and mostly unnecessary tests. Why. CYA baby. Can't leave any stone uncovered when a trial lawyer has you in his sights, especially when the doctor has, via insurance, very deep pockets. Even my doctor of over 30 years has instituted a number of CYA policies. No added cost?

Are you trying to tell me the $25 aspirin is anything but hospitals and doctors passing the fearsome and increased costs of insurance premiums, the multi million dollar "lottery' jackpot awards, the lawyer "tax" that these settlements put on EVERY product. Every aspect of out health care system is being crippled by trial lawyers and the costs they impose.

Just exactly why is our health care so expensive. It's because they walk on eggshells, covering their asses every way they can think of to preempt any lawsuits. And innovators of new medical devices, new drugs, they are subjected to years of scrutiny. If my life is on the line, give me a release to sign and the damn drug.

The explosion of lawsuits is clogging our courts, forcing our doctors and corporations to hire their own army of lawyers, and you are trying to tell me their is no added cost???

This is your ox I'm goring. Tough. I've needed the services of lawyers in the past. Almost always to fucking tell me what some other lawyer has written. Are there no good lawyers. Of course there are. Are there legitimate times you have to have a lawyer? Yes. Is trolling for customers with internet pleas, full page ads in newspapers and mass mailings looking for someone who took a pill 5 years ago and might feel like they've been wronged-yeah wronged, that's the ticket-so some huge "class" action suit can be brought, the right thing to do and doesn't add costs?

C'mon dude, your posts are usually very sharp.

Yannow, this CW2 conversation is happening in offices and homes all over. Normal Suits and Suzy homemakers. Heard some today from most unexpected source.

Just wished all you guys were my next door neighbors, and not the morons I have now.

Oh well. Going shopping this weekend, Du Toit would do a dance.

When you were a kid, your mom would have made you pay to fix the window of the widow next door if you accidently broke it. You and your friends then learned to be careful and not break things that belonged to others. The same concept your mother taught is just as valid today whether you are talking about doctors, car companies, or drunk drivers.

It's about responsibility and accountability.

Those billions cost the shareholders of the tobacco companies.

That's true. They did. And do you know who sued big tobacco and tagged them hard? Attorneys General of the different states under the Medicaid program. Elected state officials. That's who really nailed tobacco companies.

The states sued saying tobacco caused the cost of taxpayer funded Medicaid programs to skyrocket.

It's called personal accountability and responsibility. Conservative Republicans like me are big on holding people and companies responsible and accountable. Liberal Democrats are big on letting people slide when it comes to being responsible and accountable.

Which side do you come down on?

Actually, tobacco isn't regulated under the FDA. Check it.

Asbestos causes mesothelioma. Silicon breast implants cause all kinds of health problems when they rupture. Vioxx causes heart attacks and strokes.

It's about personal and corporate accountability and responsibility -- very conservative and Republican concepts. Some people don't believe in accountability and responsibility.

Which side do you come down on?

Name one state that can't keep doctors due to med mal cases.

They start to practice defensive medicine.

Good. That's why they run CT scans to make sure your migraine isn't really a brain tumor. That's why they test intraocular pressure to make sure you don't have glaucoma. That's why they use x-rays to make sure your car wreck didn't break your ribs.

Then again, perhaps some people consider the use of amniocentesis to discover fetal genetic abnormalities as too "new-fangled". This isn't 1958. Welcome to the wonders of 21st century medicine.

I've never seen a $25 aspirin charge on a bill and I've seen lots of medical bills. Perhaps you should go to a doctor who doesn't cheat you out of $25.

Just exactly why is our health care so expensive.

Because this isn't 1958. We have CT scans, Oxycontin, artificial discs, cancer treatments, and titanium hips that weren't around in 1958. Expensive technology is more prevalent than just the cotton swabs and plaster casts of fifty years ago.

The explosion of lawsuits is clogging our courts

Been to court lately? I have. Most of the cases filed are corporations vs. corporations. Your wrath is misplaced.

Anonymous said...

It's like arguing with a leftie. you said name one cost, I named a half a dozen. You blew them all off citing other reasons for the explosion in costs. Fine, what ever dude. Trial lawyers have no responsibility for skyrocketing costs in health care or product development. My assertion that a pill that costs .02 to make and is marked up 10,000% due to preposterous settlements is way off base. OK.

It was the trial lawyers who started the ball rolling against tobacco. And to this day, file more hit the jackpot lawsuits. The FDA is currently seeking to REgain control over tobacco, which like I said will engender more ridiculous lawsuits. If asbestos wasn't radioactive because of the trial lawyers, modern technology has developed new methods for it's use and containment. I've read that had this new type of asbestos been used on the WTC, their collapse would have been delayed for several hours, maybe even long enough for the jet fuel to have been burned out. The lottery approach of trial lawyers is such they run constant ads looking for people who MIGHT have been exposed but aren't yet sick and proceed to sue on that basis. The effects silicon breast implants bursting were taken to nonsensical extremes, bankrupting companies that were hardly even connected to the eventual use.

That's what trial lawyers do. They search for pretzel logic connections looking for any deep pockets. You talk about responsibility but trial lawyers sue gun manufacturers. WTF does that have to do with responsibility? Please, it's such a cop out. If you actually believe trial lawyers don't add costs that not only affect everybody but are in almost every case, excessively high because of the trial lawyer tax, there no point.

My wrath isn't misplaced-defend someone like John Edwards, an excellent public face of trial lawyers, channelling dead people. Give. Me. A. Break.

you said name one cost,

No. You said there were "ungodly costs". I said name one "ungodly cost". You have yet to name one.

Unless you consider keeping poison out of drinking water an "ungodly cost" . . . .

My assertion that a pill that costs .02 to make

No pill costs just .02 to make. The reason Imitrex once cost $40 an injection was because of all of the R&D money Glaxo spend in figuring out how to hit serotonin reuptake inhibitors w/o damaging the brain and causing a stroke.

The FDA doesn't have control over tobacco and never has. The U.S. Supreme Court has ruled.

Asbestos isn't radioactive. Asbestos fibers cause cancers in the lungs.

Name one company not directly profiting from silicon breast implants that went bankrupt because silicon breast implants were taken off of the market. One.

sue gun manufacturers.

And they've lost. Except that one case against Ruger where there was a defect in the design of Ruger's single action pistol. Ruger deserved to lose that one. They were irresponsible.

Anonymous said...

If we can please base on judgement on your line of reasoning on your claim there has only been ONE lawsuit brought against gun manufacturers, then you are being disengenuious, to put it kindly . Lord spend 5 minutes and google lawsuits & gun manufacturer. One?? It is the perfect example of trial lawyers totally ignoring your much vaunted personal responsibility, and suing the deep pockets of the manufacturers-insured no doubt, adding more costs to each firearm. And don't get me going on the vile trial lawyers at the Brady Center.

And I guess the difference between an added cost and an ungodly cost is in the eye of the beholder. Trial lawyers secure billions of dollars every year in settlements and like I've said before, this money comes out of someone's pocket. Some is justified, I'm not absolving all defendants by any means. But as you ignored my request to defend the likes of Edwards, that is the personna the trial lawyers carry and is undefensible. And much deserved IMO. Trial lawyers have used our health care industry like an ATM, and have driven control of health care further and further into the clutches of government.

And please, give me a break. I know asbestos isn't literally radioactive. I meant trial lawyers have made anything to do with this material, toxic. By that I mean, trial lawyers have so polluted the well with the spooky asbestos, all they have to do is wave that red flag and bingo, settlement time.

I stand by my wrath. Trial lawyers do far worse then good. Finally, no I haven't been in a courtroom lately but what does the bulk of cases involving corporations have to do with this?

There's been one successful one against Ruger. Several have been filed. Few have been successful.

Liberals base their arguments on emotion. Liberals base their arguments on spurious “facts” constructed by their leftist ideological world-view.

Conservatives base their arguments on logic and reason. Conservatives base their arguments on actual facts.

You argue like a liberal.
