The Berg lawsuit is getting interesting.
When Berg served his lawsuit on BHO and the DNC on September 15, 2008, he says he also served Requests to Admit. If so, BHO and the DNC had thirty days to admit or deny the eighty-some items contained in the request to admit.
The things Berg asked BHO and the DNC to admit were generally along the lines of "BHO was not born in Hawaii", "BHO was born in Kenya", "BHO is not a “natural born” United States citizen", etc.
If the requests to admit weren't properly denied, the rules of civil procedure deem them to have been admitted. Berg says BHO and the DNC didn't admit or deny w/in thirty days.
Berg is now in the process of filing a Motion for Summary Judgment. Berg is claiming that BHO and the DNC have admitted all of his claims, that there is no genuine issue of material fact before the court and, as a matter of law, that the court should enter judgment on his behalf. If the court grants his motion, Berg wins without a trial.

I love poles also, you see there is this girl she says her name is Raven, I don't know I have my doubts. But back to my point she uses a poll in her routine and what can I say, I'm in love with that poll sometimes after her routine when the bouncers are looking the other way I will sniff that poll. So in conclusion not all poles are bad

Confusion.
If the Request to Admit was served with process, as in at the same time as the lawsuit was served, the Florida Rules of Civil Procedure allow 45 days to respond.
I don't think the rules on discovery differ up north, but I could be wrong. -
