I'll believe the poll result announced Nov 5th. Until then they're all pissing in thw wind as far as I'm concerned.

Of course, but the drama lies in the central question: Are the media knowingly using false poll data to subvert an election - to a degree never seen before in this country?

Well DUH!

However I think its self-defeating. Its so obviously that I suspect, like me, many disbelieve any poll they see.

The media is also making a big deal about how most early voters are going for Obama (and they know this HOW?).

I've already voted (last Sat) but to anyone that hasn't just say "fuggem all" and go vote.

Maybe the Socialist will win, or maybe we'll get Obama. I really dunno at this point.

I do know that if Obama wins I'm going to have to assume that every 2nd person I meet (50%) is a total fucking retard.

*sigh* If you lived in Maryland, you'd have to guess which 3 of 10 people you know are not politically ignorant fucktards. No matter who wins.

Fortunately I don't live in Maryland ;-)

I escaped the PRMD (California East) September 2001. I would have shaken the dust from my shoes, but that wouldn't have been nice to the good people there. Instead I said a prayer for MD, and lo, The Real King of France did rise up to be a light of all that is Good and He did bring Hope to those in the Dark Place and beyond.

Y'all don't need to thank me.

My mellow was definitely harshed watching FOX News Sunday-even Rove is downbeat.

If the suit wins, I am bailing 100% of my equities before Jan 20

Tweet! (whistle). BullShit on the offense. 15 yards. Loss of down. BS'er is ejected from the game...

This one doesn't pass the laugh test. Not even close. No republican has been within 15 points in CA since 1984. No republican has won PA since 88. There is NO WAY IN HELL that McCain is within 10 let alone even in CA. No way in heck that McCain has 55% to 33% in PA. Just now happening...

I think McCain can win this, but it is going to be turnout, turnout, turnout. I early voted for McCain Friday and it was wall to wall black people. Many were coming from the "same day registration" table meaning first time voter. The Dems are turning out. We need to turn out ours. The indy's are coming McCain's way and I am counting on a bunch of Hillary dems going McCain. If we turn our people out, we'll win.

I'm not as downbeat as Rove. Remember, we haven't had this kind of election (no incumbents) in roughly a century. We've never had a black man on the ticket ever. We don't know what the Bradley effect and PUMA effect will be.

Heads up, but make no excuses. Vote.
