A
new case challenging Barack Obama's natural-born citizenship and,
therefore, constitutional eligibility to serve as president has the
potential to clear a hurdle that caused several other similar cases'
dismissal: the issue of "standing."

I see a corollary to Obama's, so far,
successful citizenship dodge ... Rod Blagojevich! Yes, it's true
that it's next to impossible to put a democrat in jail, else Harry
Reid, Hillary Clinton, and most likely Nancy Pelosi would be there as
we speak. But in Blago's defiance I smell something else.
An armored vest named Obama. Blago's lawyers have told him not to
admit a thing, because in order to nail him, prosecutor Patrick
Fitzgerald would have to implicate Obama, and that is not going
to happen. It's one thing to railroad an innocent, like Scooter
Libby, when the media are howling for an indictment within the Bush
Administration, but a Democrat waiting for his inauguration? I said
Democrat. Can't happen in the United States. That's my
speculation, anyway. The citizenship deal holds some
promise, however. Here's the latest ...New suit claims unique state law enables citizens to demand proof.
