I have to wonder if "Grampy Ted" is Ol' Brain-dead Ted Kulongowski, the governor of Oregon.

Or likely is not. Brain-dead Ted is too busy in China buying Chinese-made vehicles for the Oregon State motor pool. When he's not doing that, he can be found in his office in Salem taking a nap. There are some of us in this area that refer to him as Teddy the Useless
