Man!...If I had a bird like that, all I'd wanna do is baste, and baste, and baste,and.........
Tell you the truth, I'm not sure exactly what that basting sauce would have IN it if I were there. *AHEM*
Okay... though I've been an "observer" for most of my life, my stupendeously poor eyesight makes it difficult to judge distance and/or size. Anyone out there willing to hazard a guess? I'd apreciate your assistance.
For some strange reason, I keep wanting milk with my turkey.

The young lady needs to have her own cooking show. I'm certain it would get a lot of viewers.

Please feel free to call me weird but the glasses just add to the whole. A detail but it's just such a nice detail.

Spanky, I've always liked to cook, and some many years ago, I devised a sort of Cajun inspired dish made with black eyed peas, pork, and 4 or 5 different peppers (bell, fresh jalapeno, cubano, pimento, banana, etc)served over rice, which has become a particular favorite of me and my family.I especially learned to love Black eyed peas of all places, in Bermuda('57) while in the Navy. Local eateries used to make a killer soup with them and smoked ham.
