I've been drinking all day. this really sucks.How did it come to this my beloved USA what the hell happened. Socialists on capital hill, Tax payer money Money being given to failed banks and corporations. I'm depressed to much snow on the ground to go shoot to cold to fish just a bad day here on the mountain. Somebody say something to give me hope.

The Zero screwed-up his Oath of Office, his speech was a rambling series of campaign platitudes and the crowd of acolytes didn't seem to be impressed.

The current situation in D.C. will lead to the Commie's in Congress over-reaching what their constituents elected them to do, and that should give us the following:
Conservative majorities in both houses of Congress 2010, Palin/Jindahl 2012, and, with any luck at all, Public floggings/hangings of commie bastards.

Have hope, brother. The change is coming...

My Dear Brother Spanky:

I, too, have been drinking since I returned home from work. I have turned off all radios and TV's and I refuse to hit most blog sites, as my heart just cannot stand to see where we have fallen.

Most blogs are telling us how they're coming for our guns this afternoon and our daughters tomorrow morning. I am fearful, but this is the fear that steels a man's resolve. When they come for my guns, I will refuse to co-operate. When they come for my children, I will show them why I refused their first "request."

I offer two words to guide all y'all through these dark times: "civil disobedience." Whatever they require, stand against them. Obfuscate! Delay! Refuse! You do not stand alone! There are tens of millions of the sons and daughters of Patriots out here in the Real World waiting for you, for me, for US to lead them.

You might not think of yourself as a Patriot at this very moment, but if you can lead just two people on to the Righteous Path, and they would each lead two more, then the battle will be won, and we will rise from the SHAME of this day!

GOD HELP US ALL!

Not defending the messiah, but Roberts was the first one to flub the oath:

The oath includes the phrase "that I will faithfully execute the office of president of the United States" but Roberts didn't say "faithfully" until after saying "president of the United States."

Obama apparently realized that something was out of order.

Roberts then repeated the phrase correctly, putting "faithfully" in the right place after execute: "faithfully the office of president of the United States."

But Obama instead repeated Roberts' original, incorrect version: "... the office of president of the United States faithfully."

Wall street is down 300+ today.. Wonder why???

2010 will be the Battle Of Midway. Lose there and it's Game Over. Win 2010 and 2012 becomes possible IF the republican leadership grows a set or gets at least a tiny, tiny shot of testosterone..

Acorn needs to go in the meantime.

Boycott the lamestream media. If you have a newspaper subscription ... cancel the f-er.

While attending the inaugural luncheon, both Sen. Kennedy and Sen. Byrd became violently ill and had to be removed....Being in the presence of 'the lord' and still alive was too much for these fine, old 'statesmen' to withstand......Our prayers and the blessing of 'the one' go out to them.......Huh?..Well of course they're in a state of grace...Jeez!

Thanks for all the words of encouragement today folks. Yes I think they will make a play for are guns and ammunition. I like the idea of bringing two friends with you. I never leave home with out my best buddies Smith and Wesson. Do they count ? Sometimes I bring Remmington and I have a friend he has a Indian sounding name Desert Eagle but he is Israeli. They will never leave my side no matter what laws are past. I have a god given right to protect my family, my home and my life from all enemies foreign and domestic.
