The Chinese are smart. They've tried socialism and know it doesn't work. Now, they are trying "Socialism with Chinese characteristics" (i.e., they've introduced capitalism into their markets).
The change as a result in the last 20 years has been incredible.
There are now more communists in Washington than there are in Beijing. -
