Did he achieve it? Ha, ha, ha! I wonder how many of New Labour's "unmutual" laws you have broken there. ” Am I happy that the United  States President is seen overseas as weak, stupid, and ineffectual?  Of course not,  I'm sorry that Obama is all that, and for the time being is recognized as being  the president. Oh, and no Mr. Warner, it is not just you.
