When Masanobu Sato was a small boy, his dad encouraged him to get a job with a local fishing boat. They told him he would work with tourists putting minnows on hooks. The first two years he was to be an aprentice baiter, the next three he would be more specialized and be a journeyman baiter.
Masanobu didn't want to spend three years of his life climbing the ladder in the fishing industry though when all he really needed to become a master baiter was a Playboy, a tweezers, and a magnifying glass.
