Obama's Economic Policies Are Failing Miserably
Worse yet, Obama's policies aren't helping the economy. Don't forget: the "Congressional Budget Office estimated that the recession would end in the 'second half of 2009' even if Obama did nothing."

Discussing guns dubbed 'academic misconduct'
Student Christine Brashier says administrators banned her informational pamphlets, ordered her to destroy all copies of them and told her that further "academic misconduct" would not be tolerated.

sigh. I assume tire irons are still okay, and ice picks, and of course the ever popular handy dandy box cutter must still be legal.

In times of universal deceit, telling the truth will be a revolutionary act.

Switchblades- I'd rather have a punk armed with a cheap switch blade than a cheap kitchen knife. Laws based on fear; In Cali it is a class one Felony to posses a switchblade only a misdemeanor to posses a concealed firearm w/ no cwp.

The bad thing is there is no statute of limitations for the stuff my cousins and I used to do when we were twelve.

Tractors.

Explosions.

Rusty knives.

A little blood.

But only one trip to the ER.

And the barn never burned down.

It's rather rich that the governmental agency which has its panties in a wad over knives is the US Customs and Border Patrol office.

With our borders completely porous and guns and drugs going across in the wrong directions, you would think that such office may have different priorities.

But, no, it sees fit to spend its time criminalizing utensils sold at Bass Pro and Walmart.

And since our country seems to have untold trillions to throw around at various industries, I think that the munitions industry could use a bailout.

The capacity to produce ammo is dwarfed by consumer, military and law enforcement need and by the market.

What we need to do is to use some of the bailout billions to re-tool the auto manufacturers into armories and munitions plants.

Doing so would generate the first legal profit in Detroit in many decades, put a lot of UAW types back to work, alleviate the current ammo famine, bring ammo prices down to pre-Obama levels and even further encourage the already burgeoning firearms trade.

Next problem?

molonlabe, sorry, no can do. It is a crime for a felon to be in possession of a firearm or handle one, so for the UAW to manufacture them would be serious crimes, at least in a non Soetoro world.
