"a certified copy of President Barack Obama's Kenyan Birth Certificate."

Nope, this looks like another scam, Africa's primary export. I actually suspect Obama's people may have instigated it in an effort to muddy up the waters with a series of fraudulent documents.

You know, even if came to pass that he is proven to be an illegal, democrats would fight tooth and nail to keep him in office, at which point the threat becomes a military coup. This is all in my book.
