The cognitive ability to hold a government job? You mean like the SEC auditor who audited Madoff and found everything A-OK? Or the SEC guys who got caught insider trading? Or the guys down at the DMV? Or the guys who work for the TSA?

To hold a government job, you need an IQ equal to your shoe size. Trig is overqualified.
