She's just trying to get a ride into town. Proper etiquette says, when hitchhiking, your supposed to use the middle finger if your thumb has been chopped off. Ahmadinedouche, being the kind guy that he is, then instructed his driver to give her a ride on the grill, bumper, and back tire.
