Well, the Constitution has been meaningless for some time. In schools, kids don't learn about it (I did - we actually had to read it, and understand what each section meant), they just spend a ridiculous amount of time on SELECTED rights - funny, the right to bear arms is never one of them.
We really don't need a new Constitutional Convention - we just need to go back to the basic premises of the original. -
